Reserve a Booth
The IACP 2026 Exhibit Hall is SOLD OUT at this time.
Companies interested in exhibiting may sign up to the Waitlist. As exhibit space becomes available, the IACP will contact companies in order of their placement on the waitlist. Booth space is offered on a first-come basis.
Exhibit Space Rate
The exhibit space rate for IACP 2026 is $33.50 per square foot, with a 10′ x 10′ minimum space. No corner charges.
Included in Your Exhibitor Fee
- (2) complimentary Full Conference registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth
- (2) complimentary Expo Hall Only registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth
- The official IACP 2026 event logo to use for advertising in print, online, and social media
- Complimentary pre- and post-registration attendee list. The pre-registration list is sent 3-4 weeks prior to the show; the post-show list will be sent 7-10 days following the close of the event. All conference lists include name and contact information for only those registrants who opt-in to share their mailing and/or email address.
- Listing and description on the conference site and mobile app
- 8′ high drape & 3′ high side rails (Inline booths only)
- (1) 7″ x 44″ booth sign, listing company name and booth number (inline booths only)
- Exposition hall security (24-hour)
Exhibitors Are Responsible For:
- Booth carpeting (required for all exhibitors)
- Furniture rental
- Audio-visual equipment
- Electrical, phone, and internet service
- Material handling, installation, and dismantling of booth
- Cleaning service for booth space
- Security of individual booth, etc.
The Exhibitor Kit will be available online May 2026 to access pricing and order forms for all exhibitor services.
