Exhibitor Resources

Exhibitors receive two (2) Full Conference and two (2) Expo Hall Only badge registrations with every 100 square feet purchased. All Exhibitor badge types provide access to the exhibit hall from move-in through show days and move-out.

Full Conference badges also include access to conference programming, including General Assemblies and workshops, plus Chiefs Night.

Badge registration for exhibitors will open April 2026 and be accessible from the checklist section of your Exhibitor Resource Center and will link exhibitors directly to their company record on the registration site.

– Verify the Primary Contact information [Note: This information is for internal use only and does not register the Primary Contact for the conference.]
– Add your registrations.

All booth personnel, who are representatives of the Exhibiting company, must register as an “Exhibitor.”

All badges will be available for pick-up on site at registration desks. We encourage exhibitors to register staff in advance to avoid lines at Registration. You will also save time onsite by bringing your registration confirmation email to any Already Registered station. Simply scan the barcode on the email and print your badge. Already Registered stations open on Thursday, October 22, at 8:00 a.m. Name changes may be done at Exhibitor Registration which opens Thursday, October 22, at 1:00 p.m. Both Already Registered and Exhibitor Registration counters will remain open throughout the conference.

onPeak is the official housing partner for IACP 2026. IACP works with onPeak to secure reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Orlando affordable by providing rooms at a group rate. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Should you need to book ten (10) or more rooms, please contact Lena Timmons at timmons@theiacp.org.

Note that onPeak is the only official housing company associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may reach out with offers to provide conference lodging, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Please beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may have costly consequences.

An EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) is any company other than one of the official designated contractors that an exhibitor utilizes for booth set-up or other show services.

EAC staff needing access to the Exhibition Hall throughout the entire conference will need to be registered with Exhibitor badges. For access during installation and dismantle only, security wristbands will be distributed at EAC Check-Ins at the Orange County Convention Center.

*EAC forms and the EAC’s Certificate of Insurance are due by September 21, 2026.

Due to the fact that your company information is available through the IACP 2026 website, there are unauthorized companies who will capture and use this information. IACP does not sell exhibitor contact information to any third-party vendor. These companies will use this information and the IACP name to “remind you” that you haven’t ordered a specific service, offer to help you find housing, sell you an attendee list or promote advertising opportunities.

Please keep in mind the following:

– IACP conference attendee lists are not made public or available to any third-party vendor. Exhibitors will receive the pre-conference list directly from IACP. This is the only valid attendee list available.

– While exhibitors have the ability to use outside contractors for non-exclusive services, please beware of added costs (such as material handling) that you may incur by not using an authorized contractor.

Please research any vendors which are not listed above and avoid making any “quick” decisions if pressured.

If you receive a solicitation and are unsure whether or not it is legitimate, please contact the IACP Exhibits Team at ExhibitsEmail@theiacp.org.
