Hotel Reservations

I mailed in a paper registration form. How will I be able to reserve a hotel room?

A: Once your conference registration is confirmed, you will receive a link to reserve a hotel room via your emailed confirmation. The confirmation will be emailed to the address provided through the registration process.

I want to reserve hotel rooms for my co-workers attending with me. How can I do that?

A: Please be sure to complete a conference registration for each of your co-workers. Each completed conference registration will receive one link to book a hotel room. A suggestion is to complete all conference and hotel reservations at the same time to increase the chances of holding rooms at your preferred hotel.

I must pay with a Purchase Order. Can I still reserve a hotel room?

A: All purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of registering or your registration will be canceled. You will receive a link to reserve a hotel room once IACP receives payment for the registration.

I usually book a hotel room with my state association. How can I do that this year?

A: Since group blocks are not available this year, there is no guarantee that state association members will be able to secure rooms at the same hotel. You may reach out to other state association members to compare hotels or you may decide as a group to book your individual hotel rooms at the same time. This could increase your chances of securing hotel rooms at your preferred location. Please note – IACP and onPeak are unable to share an attendee’s hotel reservation details. Hotel reservations are based on availability at the time of booking and can only be guaranteed with a credit card and registration confirmation.

How can I book a room in the same hotel as my co-workers?

A: There is no guarantee that you will be able to book a room in the same hotel as your colleagues. A suggestion is to register for the conference at the same time and proceed to reserve a hotel room at the same time. Completing this task early should increase your chances of securing rooms at your preferred hotel. Hotel reservations are based on availability at the time of booking and can only be guaranteed with a credit card and confirmation.
