IACP 2011 Speakers

The call for propoal deadline has passed at this time IACP is not accepting any additional proposal submissions. 

IACP appreciates the information exchange that all speakers provide to conference attendees.  All speakers must be registered for the conference and arrange all travel plans.  In accordance to the policy of the association, IACP members are required to pay their conference registration fees. 

In order to help better prepare for the presentation read the information below on what is provided in your workshop track.   Be sure to note the session type of the presentation as the set-up differs.

 

What IACP Provides in Workshop Track Rooms:

Private Room Space
Stage for presenters with microphone
Computer
LCD projector
Screen
Speaker Ready Room for final fine-tuning of panel presentation

 

What IACP Provides for Learning Laboratory Track Rooms:

Private Room Space
Work Stations – 8 tables with 16 chairs
Computers – 8 computers with monitors
Internet Connection – for each computer
Speaker Ready Room for final fine-tuning of presentation

 

What IACP Provides for Poster Session Track:

Designated area on the exhibit hall floor
Furnishings: one free standing 8’ long by 4’ tall structure for your poster (individuals are responsible for producing their own poster and can only be one-sided), one literature rack, one stool with back.
Staffing:   poster session supervisor to resolve any setup problems

What IACP Provides for Innovation Theatre Track:

Stage for speaker on the exhibit hall floor
Two large screens to display presentation
Stage for presenters with microphone
Computer
LCD projector
There is no Internet access; use a video file to project audio/visual images
Staffing:   innovation theatre supervisor to resolve any setup problems
Speaker Ready Room for final fine-tuning of presentation
